All Things Good
All things that are good flow from our Father.
I remember when I was young anything that I did that I was ashamed of was done in the cloak of darkness; for some reason I felt like God had gone to bed and was asleep. I thank God for Jesus and Jesus for the Holy Spirit that he had not.
Jesus…said, “I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will never walk-in darkness, but will have the light of life.” John 8:12.
I thank my Heavenly Father and Praise his Holy name for his promises to walk daily with me. I thank him for his promises of hope; which is his light.
Ask and it will be yours. “Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours.” Mark 11:2. With all that is going on right now it’s so easy to allow the darkness to take root. So, I have made it a choice to seek my Father’s help whenever I feel that spirit of darkness trying to overtake God’s light.
I pray to live Isaiah 60:1 which says: “Arise, shine, for your light has come, and the glory of the Lord rises upon you.”
“Father,” I pray, “Let the Holy spirit guide my steps and choices. Please keep me from going ahead of you. I pray for your direction and wisdom to recognize your direction on this day and beyond. Please continue to guide me into your light that I may not fall into temptation and darkness as opposed to your light. Thank you for your unconditional and unfailing love for me.” Amen.
