The Church is the Hope of the World!
Living that hope, The Church at Severn Run is a contemporary, interracial, inter-generational church with a solid Biblical foundation. Our desire is to see life grow! Until every man, woman, girl, and boy in our region has a growing personal relationship with Jesus, our work isn’t finished! We believe everyone matters to God. We want to give our lives away so others may discover their worth for eternity and their purpose in time. Getting to know The Church at Severn Run is as easy as counting to four:
One Purpose
Our Purpose is to reach as many people as possible by creatively revealing the love of the Father through the life of the Son in the power of the Spirit!
Two Commands
“‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength.’ The second is this: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ There is no commandment greater than these.” – Mark 12:30-31

Four Disciplines
Jesus never made disciples by leading them into a classroom so they could learn more than they were willing to live. Jesus revealed Himself by taking broken, unqualified people out on the road to bump into other broken, unqualified people. The church that thrives in the future is the one that listens to Jesus and does what He said. Jesus said “Go,” and that is our future.
