To make disciples by creatively revealing the love of the Father through the life of the Son in the power of the Holy Spirit as we strive to be Galatians 5 men, working in-community to overcome the four issues all men battle:
• Rejecting Passivity
• Accepting Responsibility
• Leading courageously
• Investing Eternally
The most dangerous element of life for a man is isolation. The Men’s Ministry establishes community and battles isolation through corporate worship, small group discussion and one-on-one interaction to get to know each other on a level beyond hobbies and the weather.
The Men Ministry meets throughout the week at the Church of Severn Run:
• Mondays and Wednesdays, 7:00-8:30pm
• Saturday 8:00-10:00 am and 10:00am-12:00pm
• One Wednesday per month is set aside for a joint social event open to all men.
The Men’s ministry hosts three breakfasts throughout the year. For 2025, the dates are:
• Saturday March 15th
• Saturday June 7th
• Saturday September 13th
