What’s In “The Distance?”
Are you doing whatever it takes to reach people for Jesus? It’s time to lay down our personal preferences and make it all about Jesus because God cares about all of his children. Everyone wise ought to be thinking about eternal life remembering that everything that has anything to do with God is always about (extravagant) love! So loving God has everything to do with loving people. It's natural not wanting to love, but we must live in the supernatural! How can we justify passing by in “The Distance” so easily when we are called to have a supernatural faith and be the hands and feet of Jesus? We can’t! “The Distance” is about everything – except Jesus. Our love for God can’t live distant from the need of our neighbors! Our distance from “broken” merely reflects our distance from Jesus.
