The Starting Line of Life
Real love is applicable to all people. If we profess that we love Jesus then we reflect the love of Jesus to
everyone through our characters and actions. Loving well is not a call to passive love that holds little value
but a call that applies practical love to all people.
It is neither by our might nor our strength that we were set free from the shackles of sin and hell. It’s
because the Father sent his Son to be the Savior of this broken world. This is the most unmistakable pivotpoint of man’s history–for Jesus to accept our dirt to set us free. Experiencing this same saving grace
is a decision towards eternal life. In denying sin and embracing love, life starts by following Jesus towards a changed life through confession and surrender at the cross.
